* The Summer Camps include the following training progressions:

The “Around The Horn” Infield Clinic is focused on the
fundamentals of fielding and throwing a baseball. Participants will work on correct positioning, balls hit directly at them,
glove side and backhand. Also slow rollers, chops and taking throws for tags will be covered.

The “Bullpen” Pitching Session is entirely focused on
pitching fundamentals, and mental focus. The pitching delivery is broken-down into various stages each covered extensively
and repeated several times during the session. Each participant is asked to catch a very limited amount for a partner of equal
size and ability. We stress the importance of quality mechanics and mastering these as a top priority.
* The “Triple Crown” Hitting Derby is
focused on generating bat speed and timing. All areas of hitting will be talked about and exhibited. The hitting approach
is broken-down into various steps each covered extensively and repeated several times during the session. Each participant
will swing many times and is encouraged to bring batting gloves and their own bat if they have one.
* Participants will be involved in several challenging drills to improve their individual performance levels.
Each player will receive training in hitting, pitching, infield, outfield, and base running, in addition to arm care plus
prevention of arm injury and playing philosophies .
* Players are divided into equal
groups by age or talent level.
* In addition to arm care plus prevention of arm injury,
participants will be involved in many applicable drills to improve their individual performance levels. Each player will receive
training in hitting, pitching, infield, outfield, base running and various playing situations.

At PBE participants experience practice sessions formulated based upon what the professional and college players execute during
their spring training. This includes a warm-up routine, station to station workouts, contests and simulated games.
