focused on pitching fundamentals, and mental focus. The pitching delivery is broken-down into various stages each covered
extensively and repeated several times during the session. Each participant is asked to catch a very limited amount for a
partner of equal size and ability. We stress the importance of quality mechanics and mastering these as a top priority.

timing. All areas of hitting will be talked about and exhibited. The hitting approach is broken-down into various steps each
covered extensively and repeated several times during the session. Each participant will swing many times and is encouraged
to bring batting gloves and their own bat if they have one.

drills to improve their individual performance levels. Each player will receive training in hitting, pitching, infield, outfield,
and base running, in addition to arm care plus prevention of arm injury and playing philosophies .
